Hey Church Family!
If you haven't visited our Dining Room lately, you have to check it out! The Deacons and some other serving members of our church have worked tirelessly over the past week to remodel the Dining Room before Sunday.
They literally had to remove the center beam in the room in order to remove all those old tiles. So they literally "raised the roof" about 3 inches. Then they mudded the ceiling to make it flat and even added flush ceiling lights. This makes the room look a whole lot more bright, open, and spacious!
That's not all! They replaced all the old blinds with new white ones! This also allows so much more light in the room. And they painted the new room a bright green color!
Last but not least, they replaced some of the electrical outlets and even replaced the countertop that connected the Dining Room and the Kitchen with a nice new black marble top!
This room is so frequently used by all in our church - from Newcomer Lunches to member events and gatherings. I'm so grateful for their work and delighted for everyone in the church to be able to enjoy their hard work the next time they use this room!
