Small Groups & Oasis Women’s Ministry

The Well Church encourages strong connections through weekly small groups for all ages. Participants find encouragement, mentoring, Bible study, and lasting friendships through ministries such as the Women’s Oasis Retreats and the Men’s mentoring programs  .

Youth & Children’s Ministries

• Splash Ministry (Birth through 5th Grade): Offers Sunday programs and mid‑week gatherings to help children grow in faith.

• FLOOD Youth Ministry (6th–12th Grade): Meets Sunday mornings during the 9:30 a.m. service and on Wednesday evenings in the Fellowship Hall. The youth group also enjoys seasonal camps and regular fun outings each semester  .
  
  

Community Outreach

Through its FLOW (Finding Loving Opportunities to Reach the World) outreach ministry and Neighbors Clothing Closet, The Well extends practical support, compassion, and spiritual care to residents of Yucaipa and nearby communities. The ministry also collaborates with The Mosaic Center to provide mental, relational, and spiritual wellness opportunities for all who need support
